Yes, all bookings are private.

• Any age can attend the escape room!  
• Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.  
• Children 4 and under can visit with no additional charge.

• All of our rooms are family-friendly and contain no inappropriate material or situations. However, one of the best things about our facility is that our escape rooms are quite immersive. 
• The Escape from Alcatraz experience can be intense and sometimes stressful for young children.  We recommend all parents take this into consideration when booking  "Escape from Alcatraz" (live actor can be intense) and "Slaycation" (fake gore props). 
• If you are concerned about your child's participation, all of our other rooms are great experiences for all ages! 

If you have more than 10 people in your group, there are some circumstances where we would be able to accommodate additional people in an experience. We are also able to schedule experiences at the same time so that we can split your party between two rooms. Please contact our offices to see which would be the best solution for your party.

The staffing of the facility is based upon appointments already booked. Online bookings are HIGHLY recommended to ensure staffing for your experience. Please call in advance to confirm if there is a gametime available for one of our experiences. 

Depending on the experience, players have either 60 minutes or 75 minutes to escape. Please plan to arrive an additional 15 minutes early to prepare, and expect to stay an approximate 15 minutes after your experience to go through any questions you may have. 

Since your experience is a live event, all sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your game, you must call 24 hours before your scheduled game. If less than 24 hours of notice is given, there is a $40 rescheduling fee.

• Tickets are also transferrable 

To ensure we stay on schedule and get your team going right at game time, please plan on arriving at least 15 prior to your start time. 

 You can. However, we ALWAYS request that you keep all rooms secrets to yourself and not to ruin the first time experience for others in your party.

• Our games are booked on a very tight time frame throughout the day. It is important that all participants arrive on time so that we can maintain this schedule for all customers. If you believe that you will be arriving past your game start time, please call our facility immediately. 
• Any amount of time past 10 minutes may require the game to be rescheduled with a $40.00 rescheduling fee, forfeited, or have time taken off of the game clock.
• We recommend that all customers arrive 15 minutes prior to their game start time to prepare for your experience. PLEASE PLAN FOR THIS. In most instances, planning for this additional time will make a HUGE difference in being late for your game. 

Arrive at our facility ready to play. Wear comfortable clothing, use the restroom prior to your arrival, and have your thinking caps on!

• "Sabotage," "The Legend of the 7th Stone," "Big Top Circus," "Slaycation," "The Genie's Lamp," "The Intrepid Explorer" and "Arizona Steampunk Railway" experiences are 1-hour.
• "Escape from Alcatraz" & "The Curse of Fall Mountain," experiences are 75-minutes. Please ​plan to arrive 15 prior to your scheduled experience for briefing and
  instructions. 
• After your experience, we will be happy to explain any remaining puzzles.... that is, if you don't escape, and will be taking your group photo. So, plan for an additional 15 minutes after your experience as well.
